I use JFS for my Mythtv Partition ( All m y recordings from my MythTV go there) its worked great. I have tried it with ZM yet but it shoould work fine. (Especially if you have large files, they delete almost instantly. hence why itss a good fit for Mythtv as recordsings are a 1gig and higher.

I think I have solved this. I completely reinstalled the mysqlDB and since doing so I have not had recording problems. Not sure what would be different, there are no errors i did check the db for errors and all clean.. even with the old DB and deleting the current monitor and adding a new one did ...

now I have zm working.. I had to remove the entries I had added and sicne doing so it started work, or it was me changing something in xawtv

Ok i got xawtv to work and I get video on Composite 3 I have to turn off capture overlay in xawtv for the video to show., but it works..

its a pico2000 (cheap card) I did a search and found one guy using tuner=77 but does not work
