Same problem... So, the conclusion is that saa7134 driver does not support 8 chips on board ? Maybe the V8004 that has 4 chips works... But these boards has so many interference with ghosts... I think these boards are a waste...

I have the same card and the same problem. I don't know which card number I have to pass to modprobe to get this card working with the 16 cameras. I have tried modprobe saa7134 card=10 and card=42, and only 8 cameras work... I got a mapped /dev/video0 to /dev/video7... Anybody has a solution for it ...
