I tried it in both IE6 and Mozilla.
With version 0.9.16 when viewing a monitor in IE it produced still images which were refreshed and in Mozilla it streamed.
With version 1.19.1 in IE there is no pricture at all and in Mozilla there is the grey screen.

Failed Upgrade
I have just upgraded from 0.9.16 to 1.19.1 and it failed miserably. Since I don't have a complicated setup - I decided to remove the old version completely and then install 1.19.1 as from new. Using exactly the same settings that I used in 0.9.16 all I get is a grey square in the image window ...

Re: MySQCL C Library
Assuming you have the RH8 disks then insert disk 2 into the drive (it is disk 2 on RH9 so I hope its the same on RH8!) as root type: mount -v cdrom cd /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS rpm -Uvh mysql-3*.rpm rpm -Uvh mysql-devel*.rpm umount -v cdrom That should have installed the mysql bits for you. One problem ...

Re: zms: premature end of script headers
You can't stream the images until you get the capture working successfully. You need to concentrate on the zmc problem first. You appear to be running as a non root user is that correct?

Re: Please Help with Web Front end
You don't have PHP enabled in your web server. I assume you are running Apache as the web server so you need to check the config file to make sure that PHP is enabled.

Integration with Heyu?
Hi I like the possibility of using X10 to control ZM but at the moment I can't :( This is because I use Heyu to control X10. This does, however, provide a daemon which monitors the CM11A and dumps the results out to a file. It is suggested that applications that want to make use of the X10 data read ...

zms processes
I have now been running ZM for 2 days (and good it is too!) however I seem to have 14 copies of zms running! Is this normal? The only person watching the streaming is me so I would expect to only have one copy which would die when I finish watching - is there something wrong with my setup?

Re: Logitech QuickCam 4000 pro
Whey hey!!!
Got it working now!
Need to set the Capture palette as YUV420P to get it to work.
Now I just need to figure out how to get pwcx loaded to get a higher frame rate.

Re: Logitech QuickCam 4000 pro
Ok I'm getting further! I have upped the shared memory limit in the kernel and now it gets further - it initialises the camera but I still get errors: Nov 14 15:05:43 unix zmc-d0[3368]: INF [Loaded monitor 2(Camera1), 1 zones] Nov 14 15:05:43 unix zmc-d0[3368]: INF [Starting Capture] Nov 14 15:05:43 ...

Re: Logitech QuickCam 4000 pro
Yes - I tried that - the daemon continues to run but there are still errors. Here's what I get with the option on: Nov 12 19:46:55 unix zmc-d0[8225]: INF [P:15] Nov 12 19:46:55 unix zmc-d0[8225]: INF [D:24] Nov 12 19:46:55 unix zmc-d0[8225]: INF [B:36864] Nov 12 19:46:55 unix zmc-d0[8225]: INF [h ...
