I had this same problem with a DCS-900. After I unplugged the camera it seemed to work again, after plugging it back in of course.

the admin user was missing from the zm database. I tried to add it, but ended up just using zminit to rebuild the database.

It's working and I can now login....Awesome!

I think I have the same error here. I get to the login page and use admin:admin to login. Then the login page just reloads itself. I have disabled selinux and checked to make sure: # selinuxconf selinux state="disabled" and I restarted the system to be sure that it is disabled. I have run yum update ...

Reboot System.....problem solved!

I guess I was misled by the selinuxconf output. Should have known that it needed a restart, isn't it kernel level security.
