Ok, so I managed to get zoneminder installed in Feisty (7.04) with your instructions... thank you so much. Now I can't seem to get my webcam to show up as a source for zoneminder. The webcam is working... i used the bundled VoIP / chat software (starts with an e) to verify that the camera is working ...

forgot to mention, I followed the instructions I found here... followed the readme.

ok i followed the instructions in the readme, rpms seem to have installed correctly. when i go to https://myip:81/zm/ i get this... Could not connect to database: Access denied for user 'zmuser'@'localhost' (using password: YES) I've been googling my fingers off, searched here, zoneminder forums ...
