Sorry for the question. I'm writing an small surveillance application. Grabbing a frame from a vl2 video capture is very fast. I can grab 25 frames at second. But convert a frame from rgb to jpeg is too much expensive for the cpu. A frame at 320x240 requires till 100 milliseconds. Is Zoneminder ...

I am trying ZoneMinder LiveCd with one Brooktree capture card but unfortunately the video is looked at badly. If but I try with Debian Unstable the video it sees well.
