I too can confirm the kernel update corrected the video bug. Installed 1.23.3 with OpenSuse 11.0. Also uninstalled Firefox 3.0; downgrading to 2.6. Works like a charm, and performance seems to be better.

Correction: the Bluecherry cards have one processor chip per camera (channel), not per card. At least the model I'm using. . .

Curious thing: when I enable the DVR control, the up/down Zoom, Iris, and White control arrows for my PTZ camera disappear. The labels remain and those controls (specifically Zoom) still do not function.

One quick note: this is the output from attempting to Zoom.

Response issue on Pan/Tilt corrected by increasing frame rate & reducing buffer to 10.

I finally got Pan and Tilt to work on my recently installed Panasonic BB-HCE481A PTZ camera (ZM 1.23.2 on OPen SuSE 10.3).
