Finally get it to work. I guess adding cgi-bin path to the vhost config did not work correctly. Copying the nph-zms and zms files to /var/www/localhost/cgi-bin/ seems to do the job. Also mpeg streaming does not work for me right now, jpeg does. time to time when looking on the devices or on montage ...
