problem with that client is it dosnt allow all the cameras to be displayed...and it displays them with the boarder/window like xlib_shm.... it allows all the videos to be displayed with no line boarders or windows around them Im looking for basically a modified xlib_shm that just allows one big box ...

I have a system running (21 cameras) and I have a bunch of LCD's around the building all setup through VGA connected directly to 1 pc. This allows me to run ( as of now xlib_shm) to display the monitors of all the cameras. This has been working very well however my client has requested a change ...

I checked the loggs and no errors at all....

I only get the lines when theres some sort of movement in the picture.

Is there anything else I can check? I've exhausted all the options I know of

Hello, Im trying to setup a 21 camera system using zoneminder. The problem I am getting is some cameras...if theres motion... it displays black lines all across where the motion is. What would be causing this? Im using 2xpv149 (i believe?) cards from bluecherry they each have 8 outputs... with 8 ...

Wondering if anyone knows the problem witht his im running zm with ffmpeg and I have it set to flash mode so it shows flash in the web browser... it seems as tho the motion isnt as fast as if it were just the regular refresh of jpeg? Also If i leave it open for a while and come back to it say 3 ...

Iv tried everything from ubuntu 8 to ubuntu 7.1 to centos to livecd's.... Live cds have always worked...however all of them have there flaws...they either crash after a couple minutes (livecd2008) or after a couple hours they hang to no end (bluecherry) Currently I have a FRESH install of ubuntu 7.1 ...
