When I loaded the Live CD I was under the impression it was the lastest. But I click on the version on top and it says it's the latest version but it's still says 1.21.0 no .3

I am using the IP cams from Dlink DCS-900 and DCS-900W Both are working fine.

For RGB cams for low end I am using the Small outside Color Cams from Harver Frieght. There $ 39.99 each and work great the the generic BTTV board I got on ebay.

Both are set the same way. I have changed it to 5 fps but it's not much faster and now it's really not looking real time.
