...I have also gone into Options -> Paths and enabled ZM_USE_DEEP_STORAGE which hopefully will stop the problem re-occuring in the future.... I'm sure some people would find it useful to know in advance that switching to/from "Deep Filesystem Hierarchy" will DELETE ALL YOUR CURRENTLY SAVED EVENTS ...

Hi all, may be is enought just to do a simply file like this (it is just a mini-example): ... I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. See, my cameras are fine. It's zm that suddenly can't connect to a camera. The camera is up and running but zm requires a restart to restore the connection. So I ...

UPDATED / RESOLVED (sort of...)
Thanks for the fast response, cordel. I hadn't seen logwatch, but I think I managed to find workable (meaning "Quick and Dirty") solution with swatch . event reports on demand
Ok, this one should be alot more do-able (and may already be possible)! It would be most useful to be able to send an email that would "trigger" the sending of a notification message for recent events. This would optimize the functionality of the notification messaging feature. Essentially, instead ...

use linked monitors create to "montage'd" events
I'm not sure if this has been suggested before but it would be a pretty slick trick to allow linked monitors to create to create a single event consisting of the captured frames from the respective sources, in synchronized playback. In other words, linked monitors would create events that playback ...
