I'm having this exact problem, but I have 32 cameras running. I have increased the amount of shared memory (from 128 to 457MB), I increased the image buffer on all feeds to 60 from 40 and although I don't get as many, I still get some buffer overrun messages: Feb 18 04:50:05 camera zmc_dvideo1[9965]...
