Hi James Great piece of work the viewer is! Trying to figure out if the pop up alarms work. My system running 1.24.2 has external triggers that fire and work just fine within zm. Some capture cards have GPIO pins from the Bt8xx chips connected to pin headers. It would be great if ZM could include a tool to configure these and use them as trigger inputs or signal outputs for controlling external systems. The v4l kernel modules have exposed functions for this but I've not yet ...

Well I went ahead and got one of these. It actually has just 4 Bt878a which each handle 4 channels of vid and 1 audio. Popped it in a machine, dmesg shows the video0-3 get created ok using default card=0 config, and xawtv shows video from all channels. [ update ] card=77,77,77,77 works even better ...

I have a touchscreen (AMX) that can display mjpeg video if I can give it a URL.

Is this possible with ZM?

I'm a newbie and before I invest too much time in ZM I'm just checking oiut some of its capabilities. I've trawled this forum and the wiki but not found any clues yet.
