Re: Plustek P1100, any ideas?

I googled some more and stumbled over this page: http://d-austin.net/maxipcam.html Looks like this cam has the same firmware running. I tried the wrapper, but nothing happens if i start it, looks like its running some endless loop: ./maxipcam-wrapper-0.8.py ^CTraceback (most recent call last): File ...

Re: poblemsafter latest debian update (probably ffmpeg or s.

I told aptitude to install the older ffmpeg version. Then it told me there where dependencies not resolved. So i checked the suggestions, the 3rd one offered 3 downgrades besides ffmpeg, so i did that one. It also removed some other packages, which apparently where installed as dependencies to one ...

Re: poblemsafter latest debian update (probably ffmpeg or s.

seems like i got it working again by deupdating the ffmpeg package (using aptitude, had to deupgrade some other packages to to make it work). " i 4:0.5.2-6 p 5:0.6.1+svn20101128-0.2 " 0.6.1 caused trouble for me, have to pin version 0.5.2 for now. btw, iam running debian squeeze, 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64

poblemsafter latest debian update (probably ffmpeg or s.th.)

Hi, I'm running zoneminde 1.24.2 on a debian squeeze box. Besides other things mainly to provide a webserver where i can watch 4 webcams at the same time, using the "montage" feature. I'm using 4 allnet 2290, grabbing the mpeg4 stream over rtsp. It was working more than fine for over a year, but ...

Hi, ive got 3 Plustek P1100 (actually 2 p1100 and one p1100a (wideview)). Until now we've been using a windows tool to watch all of those at the same time. But it takes alot of CPU power because it uses the activex shit. In the other office iam already established a zoneminder server with different ...

did you manage to aquire the stream? otherwise someone suggested "at least you can pull jpeg snapshots off of the camera http://82.233.39.160:90/snapshot.jpg" is this possible with zoneminder right now? that way cams could be watched over from windows pcs and data stored on linux using zoneminder
