Is there any way to clear the event id?, i clear events but the event id keeps growing and is in the event id= 11789 now...

Is there any way to change the reference image to a specific image?
To explain more the situation i want to monitor a mountain, when it is clear (no clouds) ZM will generate an event and start recording, when it is cloudy it doesn't record
