Hi jameswilson, I have the same card, just received last week. The correct card # is 131 I think, try it. It is Tibet Systems 'Progress DVR' CS16. Also this link is useful, http://dl.bytesex.org/ in the patches there is exactly this card. I have not tried yet, I will come with results soon. Good ...
