Really cold weather is going to be hard on any electronics. most capacitors and other electronic components are good to atleast -30 Celsius I would bet anything in an outdoor camera is going to be good to -55. as long as you keep the cameras on and aren't turning them off and back on in the really ...

1.24 or 1.23
I have 1.23 running on a system right now and have been for quite a while it's very basic just 4 low res cameras. I have loved it. other than a few occasional bugs it's awesome. I'm building a new system with enormous storage some xeons and 8 possibly high res cameras. I remember reading in a few ...

log
yeah it does and I've seen it but it takes a brute forcer and about 72 hours of guesses to get it there. not deleting a few files. anyways, sorry for off topic, issue fixed. If anyone complains of that checkbox magically getting unchecked (that's why I want a longer log so I can see that.) don't ...

another PurgeWhenFull Issue
I know you guys are probably sick of troubleshooting these ones but before you yell RTFM I've scanned the forums and this seems to be a pretty unique issue... PurgeWhenFull has been working perfectly fine keeping the drive at %90 full on a 200GB drive 4 cameras constantly recording at 3 FPS and 20 ...

Re: PurgeWhenFull filter
I'm very new to the program but I had this problem just a few minutes ago and after some messing around I think I found it 1: go to your filter window just like you did to find it the first time 2: click the save button 3: enter a new name and check run filter in background. this should create a new ...

can't initialize hard drives
I had a DVR setup previously with a gay grub based dvr OS that was WAY too limited and wouldn't even allow you to bring up a console or boot into single user mode or anything.... it sucked. so the NIC died on my motherboard and rather than buy a new 200 dollar board to keep a crappy ROM OS that won ...
