Found my problem. thanks to VLC for helping.

Changed my capture width and height to 640 and 480 no more split screen. Working perfectly.

Has anyone managed successfully to get the AVI201's mpeg rtsp working properly in ZM without the split screen. I'm using rtsp://192.168.1.10/live/mpeg successfully from VLC and Quicktime, but in ZM it gives a split screen, top half of the pic is black bottom half correct. Any ideas? Settings I'm ...

I'm using 1.24.2 with an AVtech AVI201 camera, and also getting the split screen effect, top half black bottom half correct.

From Quicktime or VLC the picture is correct.

Does anyone know what causes this in ZM and how to fix it.

How did you you get your AVI201 working from Quicktime ?

I've tried the url rtsp://admin:admin@192.168.1.1/live/mpeg but doesnt work.


Also did you manage to get it working in Zoneminder, if so please please share.
