About shm, i do not thinkt it is because : herriurbina:~# cat /proc/sys/kernel/shmmax 268435456 As for the zms proccess, indeed it seems it is not running when i click to view the monitor ! :| However it is located at /usr/lib/cgi-bin/zms. Where...

Got the Axis 1011w not working
Great cam checked out with vlc, bu i haven't got it working with zm yet. I use Zoneminder/1.24.2 on Debian. I setup the monitor with rtsp and right params as i've seen in my logs, but right before zm tries to get 1st frame it crashes. I have enabled debug and after all the connection and RTSP/1.0 20...

Remote cameras and just 1 server ?
Not sure if understood but, indeed exist some cameras (Axis' for instance) which provide rtsp streams to access them, wireless or not. Other way could be having 2 machines, 1 root Zm server at lounge and 1 old pc at the garage collecting the cameras' s streams by whatever conexion they use and then ...

Some more ideas but not streaming
Tnx. for your answer, that thread showed me about some external scripting which can be done to achieve particular goals, but what i was really asking is if ZM itself is able to publish RTP or so services ? to serve the monitors streamed. With so many capabilities i thought it could, but searched a b...

Capture with zoneminder and publishing through RTP-RTMP
Hi. Maybe I just say a nonsense but what I need to do is have n-cameras captured and publish them through needed protocol (RTP or RTMP) to be able to compose a custom web page to access the image. Or, in other way, may I compose through zonemider a custom web page (static or not) and control access ...

Don't need recording, just monitoring
Hello. Besides all the functionalities of zoneminder, I also need it only shows the images from the cameras. I mean, I need the web interface to show the image from the installed cameras and that's all. Is it possible to configure it just to offer such reduced functionality or maybe for such functio...
