Gentlemen, I am beginning to think the problem is not Ubuntu - Zoneminder. I think the 'cannot access shared memory' problem is MYSQL or Apache permissions. I am researching in that direction now. Gentlemen, I cannot see the camera output in zoneminder. The camera link is red. I can see the camera in other apps. I have seen this question numerous times in this forum.
