Re: Runaway errors after deleting events - ZoneMinder 1.34.9
However if you let the movie till the end, then you delete it will also be fixed. just stop streaming before doing the actual delete. Thanks for the quick reply guys but I forgot to add. I did that as well and still the same. I'll just delete from the event listing for now as this doesn't create ...

Re: Runaway errors after deleting events - ZoneMinder 1.34.9
Moved to the 1.34.x forum.... Doh! If you delete the event while watching it will fill the logs with "unable to find the event". Only restarting apache will stop that. However if you let the movie till the end, then you delete it will also be fixed. I did that too. Running Nginx tho. Then ...

Runaway errors after deleting events - ZoneMinder 1.34.9
Greetings, While in the events page of a camera, I can view the event but if I delete an event during playback, the logs will fill with non-stop log errors for that event over and over like so: 020-05-16 01:57:56 zms_e1496 100392 ERR Can't open /var/db/zoneminder/events/3/2020-05-15/1496/00179 ...

Re: Support for Winbook C1066 IP POE Cam
Greetings, My apologies for not clarifying further. I was able to get finally get the stream when I tried the different Remote Method settings under the 'ffmpeg' Source Type. I had settled on 'RTP/RTSP' and can receive the streams at different resolutions given by the camera. Originally, I was using ...

Support for Winbook C1066 IP POE Cam
Greetings, Recently, I purchased a Winbook 1080p IP POE camera from a Microcenter store in the U.S. The model on the box is C1066DN4-P. After tinkering with the camera for a while, I found that it was rather easy to get into and the picture quality was satisfactory. After learning how the device ...

Jumpy video on USB Webcams
I am currently running puppet-zoneminder 1.26.5 in an Ubuntu 12.04LTS VM under virtualbox. The VM is running a UVC USB webcam from http://linux-uvc.berlios.de . The video is jumpy and I had experienced this under 1.25.x as well. I am seeing no errors in the logs other than alarm events starting ...

Re: Frame Number in timestamp?
Has anyone figured this out or can post how to display event and/or frame number? Or is there a way that the event/frame number can be super imposed onto each still and placed by X / Y like the time stamp? It would be nice to have this as an option in the configs.

Re: How do I enable SSL in 1.26.4?
My apologies for taking so long to reply. I didn't get any of the apache logs as I reloaded the machine and the error didn't return. May have been a clitch in the install (?).

unfortunately, they we only listed as 'usb webcam' and they'll pop up in batches from china from time to time. other times they're a one of a kind.
what are the results from lsusb for the uvc camera's? and are those usb device numbers listed here?:

BUT, i have managed to get them to work quite well under linux. i started to pursue this when i purchased an asus x83v-b2 laptop that comes built ...
