So I traded webcams with my dad and found out that 046d:08c5 works perfectly well with Zoneminder. I think the problem lies with Zoneminder's non-UVC camera support.

With my 08d7, I can get some snow and fuzzy bars to appear but thats about it.

Any ideas on where I can look? I've gone as far as installing Fedora 12 to see if there were any problems with my configuration. No go still.
