so i made the changes on my httpd.conf and restart httpd + zoneminder. following error is seen on apache error logs with the same blank screen. i'm able to stream webcam "/dev/video0" using vlc but then the same doesn't work on zoneminder. not sure about the issue, did you try to restart zoneminder and check again ?
