My analog camera is 520 lines. I use a IP converter to get zoneminder access. What resolution should i use. I am thinking it is 720x480???

got it. it was a directory issue somewhere in the php files....something wanted to point to /var/www/events when my install was /var/www/zm/events

anyone?

I followed this guide for installation on ubuntu server 9.10 http://www.zoneminder.com/wiki/index.php/Ubuntu_9.10_Server_32-bit export does not work at all. not sure what to check /var/www/zm/temp has wrx for www-data user there are no files in the temp directory, not even zmFileList.txt. ffmpeg ...

installed it...no dice. still doesnt do anything. what log should i look at?

sudo apt-get install libzip

that might be wrong



Also go browse around the log files it will help. There in. /var/log/

It says couldnt find package libzip

Ok, so i am running Ubuntu 9.04 server. Everything seems to be working except for export. I checked /var/www/temp and it creates 2 files. zmExport.tar.gz and zmFileList. The files are empty though. What should i do?
