You should have a directory something like /var/www/htdocs which is your web server root. Add a directory named zm and put all the zm files in there. Edit /etc/zm.conf to read: # Path to ZoneMinder web files ZM_PATH_WEB=/var/www/htdocs/zm I don't use Ubuntu so I can't comment on the file structure ...

I accomplished that by modifying the /etc/zm.conf file. Just make sure that httpd.conf is configured to allow access to where ever you put it.

I have the TV-IP110W working using the same settings and amount of shared memory.

I ordered one of the wireless models from newegg today. Trendnet is giving a $30 rebate until 31-March-2010 for the wireless model which brings the price down to ~$70.
