I found out this is due to running 4 channels on one decoder chip. I've since replaced the 4channel-1chip card for an 8channel-8chip variant, and the chopping has gone.

What PCI card are you using; exact make and model. Are you sure this is working?

debug syslog spamming

Syslog is getting spammed with this:-

Jan 29 13:30:26 ***** zms[24068]: INF [Debug Level = 0, Debug Log = <none>]

How can I switch this part of logging off? I noticed the Options -> Debug tab on the webpage, but none of the options are ticked.

Thanks,

[SOLVED] Broken video

Anyone know what causes the break in video monitoring?

Image

I've install the .deb for Ubutntu 9.1, ZM version 1.24.1-1ubuntu2.

I'm using a 4 channel 25 FPS Capture Card with a single Connexant 878a chip, and Swann PNP-150 cameras.

Thanks,
