Next, I need fixed local address for server (no DHCP).

ddclient is already installed. All that is needed is to edit /etc/ddclient/ddclient.conf and then add ddclient to the DAEMONS=( ... ) line in /etc/rc.conf. I have ArchLiveCD of Zoneminder and canot change ddclient.conf because must be loged as root (how?). Next question, my router canot forward ...
