everyone post your sites that sell zoneminder/linux capable cards and actually support it and provide good drivers etc we don't wanna play favorites.

Anything labeled outdoor I think would be fine for you. Unless you plan on surveyling something below -50F you should be ok with standard outdoor equipment.
