Filter settings template? - Email notify on motion
Hey all. I got ZM running pretty well. I setup postfix and was able to receive emails for previous alarms after playing with the filter settings. What Id like to do is get a filter setup so that any future motion event alarms are emailed to me with a photo. I don't quite understand all the filter ...

Is there some math that I can do to determine processing/RAM
I have been asked to look into building an 80 camera system. I would like to make sure that server I put together is more than capable of handling the draw from 80 cameras. All of which will be set to Mocord and running 24/7. It should be able to store archive recordings for at least 60 days. Right ...

I'm doing the same setup. I'm trying to find out what others are using as well. What sort of switch are you planning on using? Have you figured out the specs on your server yet?

Hardware Requirement for a 20+ IP camera setup
I'm going to be setting up a 20+ IP camera setup in a commercial property. I've been reading through the wiki and forums about multiple camera setups. What I've been able to gather is that with the right hardware 20+ cameras should not be an issue with the right hardware. So what I'm not clear on is ...

Budget friendly POE IR IP cameras? Suggestions?
I've been asked to setup a surveillance system at a new business. I'm pretty familiar with the ZM interface and usage. The only cameras I've ever used though are the desk cams or other cheap $50 cameras. In this instance I want to go with a professional setup and gear within reason. Can anyone ...
