Looks like incorrect URL going by what I know of the vivotek cameras. If you set the stream (say stream 1) as JPEG, then you need to access it through http://<ip>/video.mjpg If you set stream 1 as MPEG4 or H.264, then access it through rtsp://<ip>:554/live.sdp rtsp://<ip>:554/live.mjpg does not ...

Is it just me or running ZMLarch on a virtual machine + recording results in a frozen system? If you are talking about getting the blast of light every 10 seconds, then I managed to stop that by ticking the "Disable IR LED"

I current do have the IR cut filter set to "Auto mode"
I have played with the light sensitivity setting. I think it is on normal currently.

I am curious about what this blast of what seems IR LED light every 9-10 seconds is.

Hitting the glass in front of it does the camera a dis-service, but if it was outside it may well make the night vision even better.
