You should be able to access it by the following;

http://ip:port/snapshot?username=admin&userpwd=admin

I'm having the exact same problem, been at it all sunday, if I find something i'll post it here.

Hi Did you make any progress in setting the camera up in zm? I'm trying to figure this out myself, but I think i need to set up multicast as the stream is fed to an activex component which is behind a login screen, however I don't have login access (there's a telnet service running on the camera) so ...
