I have gotten one step further. After noticing errors in /var/log/zm/zmwatch.log, I did the following: chmod -R 777 /dev/shm/ touch /dev/shm/zm.mmap.1 /etc/init.d/zm restart Now I actually get a Black screen when attempting to view camera.
