Try using udev to assign the card a specific /dev/video* on every boot.

Checking over some events, the event images are not being stored in mysql properly. The event will show frames 1-179 and then the next frame will be 300. I'm trying to figure out how to get optimum quality from the Generate Video feature when viewing an event.

Right now the video doesn't look too bad, but the time stamp is pretty garbled.
