can you poste a longer (complete?) part of dmesg and /var/log//syslog on pastebin?

There are some headers missed, especially for ffmpeg as I can see in the config.log.
ffmpeg is correct installed, even the -dev packages?

Do you have made changes to your udev rules? The access rights for the dev files are o.k.?

Can you put the card into a other slot?
