I bought a couple of outdoor mounted bullet cams from PartsExpress.com (under the bran Talos) -- they're now $40 or so each. I figured I may have set something funny... but couldn't find it and no errors were appearing in the compile process..

So I erased/re-imported the mysql tables for zoneminder and that (wiped out my settings But ALSO) fixed my problem.
