Just to mention that I have the same issue. I use a logitech HD c270, which refuses to even stream anything. Probably another issue, but it does not work clearly. It appears that this error appears more than often.I installed zoneminder following these instructions . It appears that nothing gets installed in /var/www/, hence there is no /var/html/zm folder, so the 404 should not surprise. Moving the 'www' folder to the var/www does not do anything either... I ...
