Re: Warnings about missing events that have been deleted ?
OK, just in case anyone else trips over this, this is resolved - reviewing the logs the two things I did : 1. A number of my monitors were linked. I removed the linkages in case they were referring across between events ( that had since been deleted on the 'other' monitor ) hence triggering the ...

Warnings about missing events that have been deleted ?
I'm running V1.34.9 on a Centos 8 VM, with a system disk and a separate 'events' disk mounted at /home/events. Events are setup to use this 'events' disk as their storage. It has been running well for a couple of weeks, and I could see the disk filling as expected - however earlier today I spotted ...

Re: ZM 1.32.3 (and 1.33.1) - bug on replay recorded JPEG images
Just to add - same issue here, Centos 7 on x86_64 and have been using ZM since early v1.24. This used to work OK for me, and I suspect broke when I moved away from using zmrepo and upgraded from 1.30 to 1.32 Specifically - I can view live images from all cameras OK, events record OK as JPEGs but I ...

Re: day/night IP bandwidth load
FWIW I find the opposite - at night the traffic drops by around 30% from the cameras I have and they also have separate IR illumination. What could drive up the amount of data is if the camera is doing any processing to the night images, eg to increase contrast or brightness where the image has a ...

Thanks for this - had been seeing updates failing reporting incorrect GPG keys - but with above now all sorted.

Re: ZMREPO 1.30.x broken?
FWIW, just have built a VM with Centos 7 and ZM using the Centos Repo and all works fine. Note the box has to be a clean build without 3rd party repos - yours appears to have epel.

Re: Warning on camera selection
I have had the same issue with spiders and cameras with in built IR and tried many things from pesticides to vasoline on the cameras. Solution : turn off the cameras IR and instead install a separate IR source, mounted (eg) nearby / above - many available on eBay. This doesn't stop the spiders, but ...

Re: Trendnet TV-IP321PI
Just have been having some fun getting a TV-IP310PI working and have updated the Wiki with the combination of settings that gave me a useable feed to Zoneminder. These are the settings that worked for me, and may be useful for you. my Zoneminder box is Centos 6, Zoneminder 1.28.1 : Remote Protocol ...

Re: zmrepo, Centos 6.6 and ffmpeg 0.10?
Ah, I'd used a link as in the past that was the solution.
Adding a link back in after reinstalling works Centos 6 - I will look at mounting the directory instead.

Re: zmrepo, Centos 6.6 and ffmpeg 0.10?
Thanks! Now working, and I appreciate now the issue wasn't with zmrepo. I went the route eventually of: yum uninstall ffmpeg* And accepted that it would uninstall zoneminder as a dependency. After that, re-installing zoneminder as you said yum install zoneminder picked up ffmpeg 0.10 from zmrepo ...

zmrepo, Centos 6.6 and ffmpeg 0.10?
First, big thanks to knnniggett for setting up the Centos Repo - I've previously had to install/compile manually on Centos5 and this is a big step forwards. I've recently updated from 1.28.0 to ZM 1.28.1 ( smoothly via zmrepo ) but I've noticed it is flagging an update to ffmpeg from 0.6.5 to 0.10 ...

Re: Err: Attempt to fetch integer value for ZM_OPT_ADAPTIVE_
Just reporting back - I tried various things but basically nuking Zoneminder 1.28.03 and then re-installing and setting up the monitors once again did the trick.

Err: Attempt to fetch integer value for ZM_OPT_ADAPTIVE_SKIP
Hi, Just noticed my 1.28 installation on Centos 6.6 is throwing errors, and although running is not capturing from any of my attached cameras - JPEG, RTMP : Looking in the logs, the error flagged as it starts the capture process is : Attempt to fetch integer value for ZM_OPT_ADAPTIVE_SKIP, actual ...
