well.. i tried. I wonder what it would take to adding streaming of audio.

I have a couple of DCS-930L cameras. I know Zoneminder does not support audio. Does installing ffmpeg lets you record in both video and audio when switched over mpeg mode?

is there additional hardware required?

any idea if there is any plan to support audio?

I have a couple of Dlink DCS-930L IP webcam. ZM 1.25 on Ubuntu server 11. The video streaming works but there is no sound. The sound works fine if I access through mydlink website but not through ZM.

Tried to google for configuring sound to work turns up empty. Anyone has it working?
