Thanks for the suggestion. I have edited my post. Although the qsee dvr is not very secure anyhow, everything is clear text. I don't leave it open to the internet. I vpn into my network to access anything such as rdp, ssh, cifs, or the dvr. Anyhow, I will test the code change tonight and post the ...
