Why is it not compatible? A quick google search shows that this is a standard 5v PCI card, and the motherboard you listed has two 5v PCI slots. Please give some more detail on why you think this card and that motherboard are not compatible.

OK, I answered my own question by trying to connect to the camera from a different computer. The camera has a username and password required to view the live image. I guess it was cached somehow on the other pc, so that i didn't have to type it each time? The fix is to add username:password ...
