I got stuck and didn't bother to continue investigating. Don't have time to fiddle as much as it required. I tried to buy a Bluecherry card twice but as soon as I place my order the guys changed pricing and delivery fees, once even after I paid, they at least refunded me. Did you end up going with ...

I've also found the hardware list and info a little lacking.
