This is a curious problem. I use ZM (1.25.0) just to monitor a 3D printer (i.e. I only have the one camera). After a recent Debian testing update (which may have nothing to do with it), when I select the printer, its monitoring page pops up, but with no image. This is using the latest Chrome ...

That the log file is not created suggests a permissions problem, which could also explain why the video file is not being recorded. Just a thought.
