I have zmeventserver in my dockerbuild so I'll give that a go... However Im not 100% sure my poor old server will cope with the extra CPU openCV uses, but I'll give it a go!

edit : I logged it as issue 2275 (https://github.com/ZoneMinder/zoneminder/issues/2275) so others can see the easy fix.

Updated the original post but its Ubuntu 18.04 (in a docker container) and the filter is a bog standard, all events with alarm score .

Im pleased to see that support for zmeventserver has been baked into the new UI but I was wondering why the main zone minder package doesnt include the zmeventserver files??

Its not a biggie but I think its an excellent add on we should bake in from the outset

the camera is iegeek outdoor camera. (http://www.iegeek.com) but these guys just rebadge it..

Also my virgin media doesnt support the ability to change bandwidth or airtime fairness..
