All, I was able to resolve this on my box - check your apache config file (or sites-available configs) for a trailing slash on your cgi-bin line. Here's mine: ScriptAlias /cgi-bin "/usr/lib/cgi-bin" If it reads ScriptAlias /cgi-bin / "/usr/lib/cgi-bin" you need to remove the trai...
