ZM Console - 'Add New Monitor' does nothing
Ubuntu 13.10 Zone Minder 1.25 Clicking 'Add New Monitor' does nothing, is this a permissions issue, if so with which software? Web page shows:- "ZoneMinder Console - Running - v1.25.0" Options page works. Log page shows nothing. Can't do much without a monitor. Any ideas what to check for please.

I do not mind losing my recording history so a solution which resets the log file would be good.

Can anyone provide any pointers on how I could fix this error. Only keep x no of MB or x no of events
New zm user.
I see we can use the filter to delete events when % disk space is exceeded.
But can I configure zm to only use x MB of disk space for events, after which the the oldest are deleted?
If not possible then configure to only keep e.g. 30 events max before deleting the oldest?
