Ok.... First of all... I think Motion Triggering would work the best. How sensitive are the settings in ZM to motion triggering? I also agree that RAID 5 is the way to go with PLENTY of RAM. Last but not least, I spoke with someone from Linuxmedialabs today. They are coming out with a 4 channel MPEG...

Also, they have requested the ability to capture 5 audio sources as well? I'm assuming at this point I would have to have multiple ZM servers. Is it possible to tie the two servers together from the web interface?
