Re: Down on my knees, begging you please: Stop mangling rtsp requests.

Just noticed this also.....why is it happening? ZM didn't do this URL parse before I'm pretty sure.

Re: zmtrigger stopping events

Would I be better sending multiple triggers, 1 for each camera, instead of all in 1 trigger message?
Yes. Send the OFF for each camera separately to zmtrigger.pl

@JimS also send the triggers separately in your case. This should improve performance reliability

Re: motion trigger depending on direction of movement

Is there any way to have a trigger that depends on the direction of movement? I have an underwater camera in a stream that has salmon run. Using something similar but on a fish ladder for trout I managed to do it but using Darknet streamed through ZM and then switched later to object detection ...

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

Okay! I tested the installation process by setting up a fresh Puppy Linux Noblepup64. Then followed the instructions from here exactly -> https://clickheresoftware.com/zoneminder130/zmdownload.php Total success. Intallation completed successfully with all components. ZM130 starts and runs ...

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

I agree 100%. I really liked the 1.30 interface and prefer it to the latest 1.37 interface for all of the same reasons. The separate pop out windows I also find are actually better to work with. An improved mobile skin would be fantastic. I really think this is the right version for these Puppy ...

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

Hello Maurice, Sorry, the wording was skewed....my bad. I was referring to the download from the PM. First test I did a lot manually to set up the LAMP before installing ZM. Second and third test will be complete installation using the instructions on your site. The first test was to get a working ...

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

Hello Maurice! I used Noblepup64 and installed Apache2, PHP8.3, mariadb with apt and phpmyadmin from a download and manual installation. Then used Synaptic to install the previously downloaded zoneminder130 .deb package. I had to create the zmuser and create then populate the zm database with ...

Re: Using ZoneMinder with 2 Displays at a Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro

I like it....interesting....never tried it.

I can see the usefulness. We'll have to look at the possibilities if it is implementable!

I think the above idea posted above by mikb makes sense

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

Excellent Maurice! Sounds good. That is correct. Some components of systemd are onboard to help in meeting requirements of packages that want to see systemd in a pseudo kind of way. I have the log console working again. Seems like a lot is working and I am trying out different settings. I have seen ...

You said that you linked to a zip file, but the link is to a web page on github. I looked and looked and cannot find a zip file to download like you say. Did you possibly supply the wrong link? This is the link for the zip file -> https://github.com/puppylinux-woof-CE/woof-CE/actions/runs ...

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

Sorry Maurice, I forgot to mention that I had to turn off the Firewall but I applied your suggestion instead. I ran the update on Noblepup64 and now see the logs page correctly and the state and fps are showing. The zoneminder130 script is working. The Download artifact on the GitHub page I linked ...

Re: V1.30.4 Remastered

Yes! I noticed on the second system (Noblepup64) that the FPS and State are working...nice.... I will update the 1st system to test how that goes. Here is Noblepup64 and the other Puppy artifacts: https://github.com/puppylinux-woof-CE/woof-CE/actions and directly to the latest Noblepup64 build ...
