You could always help. If you can't code, putting money behind what you want is always a good idea.

Re: Setting up Sub Streams as event trigger
I can give you some advice. When playback of recorded event has set "Scale: Actual" it shows in low resolution set in "Source / Capture Resolution (pixels) ". But when I change the "Scale: Max 1024px" and higher it shows playback in high resolution. I have my event playback scale set to Auto, that ...

Re: Setting up Sub Streams as event trigger
I found linked monitors to be too flakey to use. Instead, I connect to the hires stream, tell Zoneminder it's 640x400, and when a recording happens, use passthrough. The end result is lower load on the system, low resolution live and montage viewing, and high resolution captures. No the best, but ...

1.37 is great
1.37 is really coming together. Thanks for all your hard work.

Re: Montage page, Modernization
Don't reinvent the wheel. Use the power of CSS and overlay/extensions. I looked at your solution. Yes, it's interesting, but: - it is not possible to change the display size for each monitor. - there is no way to change the sorting and location of monitors. These are the main points why I decided ...

Re: Why is ZM "Stopped"?
Mine stopped today with 1.37.58. I just upgraded from 1.37.55, which never stopped. I'll monitor and see if I can find a reason.

Re: Is ARM64 no longer supported?
I run 1.37 in production, but in a virtual machine. One of the updates stopped some of my cameras from working, so I rolled back to a snapshot. VMs make it easy.

Re: Coming back to Zoneminder
ZM can do camera passthrough when saving video files, so no recompressing. H264 is the way to go, since no browsers (except Safari) can playback H265. H264 is fine. I've been using H265 with the current NVR. That's the only reason I mention it. How do you make Zoneminder use passthrough only? Last ...

Re: Montage view "choppy"
I don't have a Log menu item any more (weird) but if I set the URL to view=log I get my logs. There's only a handful of zmtelemetry warnings in there.

ImageBufferCount is at 5 and MaxImageBufferCount is 150. I can't set key frames in this camera, and I don't know what they are. It's an Amcrest 1080P doorbell cam.

Re: Montage view "choppy"
Still stutters with 3 cameras in display. I went back to 1.36 to confirm there was no stutter there (the joy of virtual machines), and interestingly, it stuttered as well... but not all the time. So, I shutdown the 1.36 VM, leaving just the 1.37 VM running, and the stutter was still there, though ...
