Everything was done under root. I did the su command to start and pasted every line as root.
It seems that I might need the zoneminder config file. I dont know where it is, how to get a copy or where to even begin to source one out.

I did follow the new updated instructions on the WIKI. I get the same error when trying to update the database. I dont even know where to begin trouble shooting :/

Im having similar issues after trying to upgrade. I cant seem to start the service. Maybe once or twice a month my main Camera will stop showing any video, if i reset the server, the camera comes back to life. This is the Error log file.. I would obvious like to over come this issue or at the very least get an email when the camera isnt showing any new frames. Comments, suggestions ...

I had this issue using FFMPEG encoding, switching the source type to LIBVLC made it go away.

I have an IP camera connected to my server. The camera is ONVIF capable. I am using Zoneminder to MOCORD using LibVLC codec. I was snake bitten by the 1.28.0 SNAPSHOT on the ICONNOR PPA
Linux Mint 17.1 Software Manager only has 1.28.0 available.
