I followed the steps to configure for systemctl/systemd at

Now have 1.28.1 running on 15.04. Huzzah!

I upgraded to 15.04 from 14.10. Under 14.10, I had a solid installation running 1.28.1 from the PPA. Unable to get the service started under 15.04. Times out. :( I suspect it may have to do with change from upstart to systemd/systemctl. I did notice that the chown statements were failing in /etc ...
